Mrs. Julie Roebuck is a board-certified Child and Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Mrs. Roebuck received her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Virginia. She also received a Master’s degree (MSN) as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health followed by a Post-Master’s degree (Post-MSN) as a Child and Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, both at the University of Virginia. Currently, Mrs. Roebuck is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Virginia and anticipates successful completion of her Doctorate later this year.
Mrs. Roebuck’s clinical experience includes many years of providing psychiatric care and mental health treatment for children, adolescents and adults within acute settings, out patient settings as well as private-practice. She is committed to providing quality, comprehensive and evidence-based mental health psychiatric care to Virginia’s children, adolescents and young adults. Her clinical focus includes treatment of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, OCD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Mrs. Roebuck is delighted to join Treehouse Child Psychiatry and is looking forward to providing comprehensive mental health and psychiatric care for children, adolescents and young adults of the Charlottesville area. In addition to Treehouse Child Psychiatry, Mrs. Roebuck is a faculty member at the University of Virginia School of Nursing and is passionate about the education to her undergraduate and graduate students. She also enjoys providing clinical coverage for the Commonwealth Center for Children and Adolescents.
Mrs. Roebuck enjoys playing tennis, staying healthy, traveling and spending time with her family.
